FAQ’S

1. "I don't know you. Why should I believe that this house will be finished on time? That seems risky!"

There is risk. But we have rented to over 3,000 college students in the last 22 years. We understand the importance of getting kids in on time and we know the important dates (when rush starts, when classes start, and when the Gamecocks will lose their first football game.)  Moms & Dads are(understandably) emotional about their children. And causing their child stress is sure path to parent ire - which we are intend on avoiding. We would be punished financially if these projects aren't finished on time. We have aligned incentives on getting it done.

2. "Yeah but how can I be 100% certain?"

I don't think that's possible. 99.9% sure you won't get in a car accident today.   

3. "Fair enough. But this is just a website - you can "say" anything."

You're 100% right. This is why we'd rather prove it. Click here to see 10 new construction projects and their start/finish date. 4. "Okay looks like you know what you're doing. But it seems safer to rent an existing house."

It is. But that house likely won't be as nice.

5. "Okay you're starting to convince me. What happens if we can't move in on time?"

We will take care of it. Our portfolio also includes AirBnB properties. We can accommodate students near campus, and if needed, we will pack & move them from the AirBnB.
